Authorization must be part of the AI workflow

Construction is built on layers of review, sign-off, and approval.

A document may need authorization from a project manager before it reaches the engineer. A report may need a subcontractor's sign-off before it goes to the owner. A commercial submission may pass through several people before it is ready for final approval.

Creating the document is only the beginning. The real question is what happens next. Who must review it? Who can change it? Who has signed it? Is it ready to move forward? Where is the record of that decision?
